About the Artist

Claire Jagels is a fine artist currently based in Orange County, CA. She recently graduated from Laguna College of Art and Design with a BFA in Drawing and Painting with an Illustration Emphasis. Her senior thesis features colorful works that explore the tender relationship between humans and animals, depicting her friends alongside their real-life companions. These paintings seek to express the feelings of connection and intimacy the viewer may feel for the animals in their own life.
